Leftover cabbage? We got you. Instead of crispy onions, try Crispy Curry Cabbage Topper
Equipment
- 1 Frying pan
Ingredients
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ small cabbage, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Fry the leftover roasted cabbage in a little bit of olive oil.
- Add salt, pepper, curry powder and nutritional yeast, while tossing cabbage over heat.
- Fry til edges are browned and crispy.
