Equipment

  • 1 Frying pan

Ingredients

  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ small cabbage, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Fry the leftover roasted cabbage in a little bit of olive oil.
  • Add salt, pepper, curry powder and nutritional yeast, while tossing cabbage over heat.
  • Fry til edges are browned and crispy.
