Make green seasoning

Every pot of soup, stew, or curry needs a secret weapon. For us, it’s Trini green seasoning—that bright, herbaceous, garlicky blend that transforms anything it touches.

We followed Cooking with Ria’s recipe and blended cilantro, culantro, garlic, peppers, and aromatics into a punchy green paste. Kept it in the fridge for the week, and used it in corn soup, marinades, and quick sautés.

One spoon = instant depth of flavour
Freezes beautifully in ice cube trays
Essential for Caribbean-inspired cooking

We’ll never cook without it again.
