Ingredients

lemon juice

pesto

cashews

nutritional yeast
Instructions
Soak cashews in hot water until soft (20mins). Then drain water.
Place cashews, pesto, lemon juice, water, oil, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Place in small bowl and serve
