The Ultimate Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  

  • cups homemade chicken stock
  • 1 cup Shredded leftover chicken as much or as little as you like
  • 250 ml frozen peas
  • ½ cup pearl pasta soaked and rinsed
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon green seasoning
  • pinch Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak pearl pasta for 20 to 30 minutes, rinse, and set aside.
  • Bring homemade chicken stock to a boil.
  • Add shredded chicken, peas, pearl pasta, green seasoning, green onion, and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rustic bread.
