PaNOma (a non-alcohol Paloma)

PaNOma - Grapefruit juice and lime slushy for a hot summer's day by the pool.

Equipment

  • blender
  • Coupe glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • sparkling water splash
  • 1 wedge lime small
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ cup Ice
  • 1 drop maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Put grapefruit juice, lime juce, lime wedge, sparkling water and ice into a blender.
  • Blitz for 30 sec until slushy.
  • Spoon into coupe glass and garnish with lime wedge.

Notes

The grapefruit juice is sweet enough. The lime adds a softer acidity and salt flavour to the drink. Add very little syrup if you want it to taste sweeter.
