Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Matcha (liquid)
  • 1 oz Beetroot juice (can use powder to create liquid)
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk (frothed - warm or cold)
  • 1/2 tsp Maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a highball glass, pour frothed plant-based milk over ice
  • Pour beet juice slowly, from the edge of the glass to keep the frothed head of milk white. Gently stir.

  • Pour matcha liquid slowly, from the edge of the glass, so there is a layer of matcha between the milk and the frothy head.

  • Add sweetener if you like. Enjoy!!
